Lunch event at Exton Park Vineyard
We were asked to arrange a lunch event for 100 guests at Exton Park Vineyard in the Autumn. We supplied and built a bespoke fully-lined and carpeted marquee and our chefs catered a specially chosen 4 course lunch.
To ensure the guests would enjoy the stunning views of the vineyard, we supplied a clear panel marquee with floor to ceiling window panels. To achieve this, the marquee needed to be positioned on sloping ground, therefore a suspended floor was required.
For the comfort of the guests we supplied beautiful ‘Isla’ limewash chairs, which are larger than traditional banqueting chairs.
The starter was a trio of Hampshire watercress; a shot of soup, panacotta and a tartlet. This was followed by slow cooked lamb shoulder topped with garden spinach leaves and fillet of pink lamb, roasted root vegetables and potato dauphinoise, with a little jug of rich rosemary stock sauce on the side. The pudding was a French patisserie fruit tart followed by a cheeseboard of English cheeses with grapes, and homemade oatcakes and water biscuits.
Our wonderful waiting team were on hand to serve the guests working from the reception area of Exton Vineyard.
